Help, not Condescension

You are not your problems, your flaws, or even your success and attributes. Beneath it all, there is a wholeness worth bowing to.

Asking for help can be one of the hardest, most vulnerable things we can do. We have all received "help" that has left us wishing we had never asked! Hence, it is my vow that in my office you will be treated with warmth, dignity and respect. My primary job is to be truly present, so that you can find the right answers for you.

Out beyond the ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there lies a field. I'll meet you there."
